Restricted Passengers
Travelers are responsible to confirm with the embassy or consulate of their country of transit or final destination they are travelling from to receive updated information on restricted countries. Please refer to latest circular from AMMKKT or TIM for updated list

Exempted Passengers
Entry permission depends on passenger previous stay, not on their nationality"

1- German nationals and nationals from other EU countries
2- Countries associated with Schengen (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland) and the United Kingdom
3- Third-country nationals with a valid residence permit for Germany
4- Family members of third-country nationals travelling to Germany for the purposes of family reunification or for visits for urgent family reasons
5- Diplomats, staff of international organizations, military personnel and humanitarian aid workers
6- Foreign students whose studies cannot be continued entirely from outside Germany
7- Healthcare professionals, health researchers and elderly care professionals
8- Passengers in Transit
9- Persons in need of international protection or seeking protection for other humanitarian reasons
10- Late repatriates
11- Sailors, Seasonal workers in agriculture, Transport personnel and staff, Foreign experts whose work is necessary from an economic point of view and which cannot be postponed or carried out abroad

PCR test
Not required. If applicable, there is a test center at the Airport

Not required

Yes and shall be filled before travelling
